The main aim of the thesis is to formulate suggestions and recommendations in the area of the marketing mix. The main focus is directed to the souvenirs for the Information Center „TO JE Brno“. The thesis is devided into three parts. The first part specifies the basic theoretical terms from the point of marketing. The second part deals with the analysis of the marketing mix, customers and competition. The output is the SWOT analysis. The last part of the thesis contains personal suggestions and recommendations.
Customer Analysis by Artificial Intelligence Methods

This thesis is focused on learning center customer satisfaction. The object of research is surveys filled by courses' participants. Artificial intelligence methods are used for data processing. The courses' quality measurement is achieved by fuzzy logic. Customer clustering is achieved by neural networks. At the end of document is data evaluation and proposals for economics effectives increase.

The aim of the master thesis is to create a proposal of marketing strategy, resp. segmen-tation and marketing mix for a selected NGO which is aimed at protecting the cultural heritage. The thesis summarizes the principles of elaboration of a marketing strategy, which are needed for internal and external analysis. Emphasis is given to Customer analysis which (together with SWOT analysis) forms the cornerstones for setting the goals of marketing strategy. Benefits should be: increased awareness of the brand and organization’s activities, the acquisition of new customers and additional funds.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the development of a business plan, which is a food truck. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and application. In the theoretical part are defined terms related to the topic of the thesis. These terms include entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, trade, workshop, business company, small and medium-sized enterprise, food truck, business plan and its structure. The application part consists of the business plan itself of the food truck, which would solve the problem of shopping unavailability in small villages. The purpose of the plan is to create such marketing strategy to be competitive on the Czech market, and determine strategies of development to promote the product and services of the company. The analysis of the company will be conduct through description of administrative plan, SWOT and PEST analysis. Porter Five analysis will represent how attractive the Czech Tourism market is. After conduction, Five Forces analysis were identified the strategies suitable for HoneyGo. For Marketing plan was used Marketing mix, which consist of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. The Financial plan will show all costs, and Cash Flow statement.
